Social Service Activitie

Providing better education for the better future is on one side; where in the other side of the foundation has occupied with serving the needy through conglomerating local communities to encourage education among the children, providing basic amenities for rural poor & disabled, promoting sanitation and health care for the under privileged sections of the society.

Besides providing the needful to the needy, the foundation has realized the contemporary need to cultivate the growth aspect of “the backbone of India” i.e., undertaking economically backward villages to improve the living standards and to make them future targeted. With that regard, the foundation has adopted Suraram and Dandu Malkapuram backward villages in 2002 and 2007 respectively.  The foundation has even carried out so many other public service activities in historic Warangal District, AP too.

Village Adoptions :

Suraram village, Mahaboobnagar district, AP in 2002:

Earlier to Adoption :
Suraram, a remote village in backward Mahaboobnagar district, AP was a drought prone area and thus affected to constant migration of villagers to the other places leaving it totally dried up. More than that, lack of necessary encouragement for traditional occupations like masonry, tailoring, barberry, carpentry etc. made it even worse for livelihood in the village.

Aftermath of Adoption:

Through meticulous research on the reasons for constant migrations in the district and well laid out structure for necessary actions to be taken, the foundation has started its building blocks to support the village by taking over the responsibility of development activities. Aftermath the adoption, the village has seen:

  • 80% i.e., 3000 members of village population had been covered under the programme
  • Per capita income of the village had been raised from Rs.400 to Rs.1500 today
  • Suraram had been recommended for the Best Village Award by a Parliamentary committee in 2002
  • Convent like quality education is being imparted at the only government school in the village
  • Roads in all the lanes and by lanes were converted into CC roads
  • The drainage canal system for the entire village was restructured
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation drive is being taken up on massive scale almost frequently
